
Wendy Maduff is the Vice President of Corporate Food Safety and Quality at The Wonderful Company, a position she has held since October 2016; she is responsible for food safety and quality systems, corporate incident management team, and centralizing functions of the four separate business units. While the Global Food Safety Officer for Subway Restaurants for two and a half years she oversaw all food safety, regulatory, food tracking, quality assurance of the food products and equipment, regulatory, packaging, and nutrition used throughout Subway's nearly 44,900 stores in 112 countries.
From April 2009 to October 2012, Dr. Maduff was the Principal Microbiologist with ConAgra Foods. In her earlier career, Dr. Maduff was the Director of Technical Services and Manager of Technical Services for Food Safety Net Services from 2007 to 2009.
She received a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a Master’s degree from Clemson University and a Doctorate in Food Safety from the University of California, Davis.
