Thomas F. McGowan, PE is president and founder of TMTS Associates Inc. McGowan has 45 years of experience in troubleshooting combustion, air pollution control, industrial ventilation and bulk solids handling, received the Chemical Engineering Magazine 2010 Award for Personal Achievement, and has contributed to Perry’s Chemical Engineers’ Handbook. He holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College in New York City and a master’s degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
