Steve Lewis is a director of Risktec Solutions Limited based in the UK. Steve has over 25 years experience and manages a wide range of complex international risk consulting projects. Emphasis has been on providing assurance that risks to people, assets, reputation and the environment are being properly managed and opportunities for business improvement are recognized. Steve is also responsible for Risktec’s training and education business, developing competent risk and safety management professionals for industry. He has a BSc Honors in Physics and is a Fellow of the UK’s Institute of Risk Management. KRIS SMITH Kris Smith is president of Risktec Solutions Inc. in Houston, TX. She has over 20 years of experience in the fields of safety, process safety, risk management, emergency response and training. She has an engineering degree from the University of Maine and is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
