Dr. Sergio Pissavini joined Corning SAS in February 2006 as Business Director of the Microreactor group . Dr. Sergio Pissavini belongs to Corning Management Group. Prior to joining Corning, Sergio Pissavini was vice president of Sulzer Chemtech, a Swiss corporation active in mass transfer equipment, falling film cristallization. While there he held P&L responsibility of the Europe and Middle East division. Previously, he held a variety of positions in the Chemical Process Industry in process engineering, troubleshooting engineering, and sales and marketing in companies such as Exxon Chemicals, Agip Petroli and Foster Wheeler Group. Sergio Pissavini received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the Pavia University in Italy. He is also part of the IMD alumni group.
