Sean P. Holleran is a Senior Lecturer of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. He received a B.S. degree from Cornell University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Michigan. He is a former president of the Univeristy of Michigan chapter of the American Society for Engineering Eduction. He has been on the faculty at Penn for ten years - and he has taught undergraduate courses in chemistry, mass balances, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, senior operations lab, and senior process design. Dr. Holleran serves as the faculty adviser for all incoming freshmen chemical engineering students and is a member of the engineering lectures committee. He has taught a masters level course on energy and sustainability and a high school summer program in biotechnology.
