Rafal received his Ph.D. from Harvard University in Biophysics and Chemistry and did his postdoctoral fellowship at the Chemistry Department at UC Berkeley. He spent a short stint in biopharma before joining L'Oreal Tech Incubator. He manages a product innovation team at L'Oreal Tech Incubator in San Francisco.
