Peter Kreider, Phd, is a research fellow in the solar thermal group at the Australian National Univ. and is currently managing a solar thermochemical energy storage project for the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) (Email: peter.kreider@anu.edu.au). His research interests focus on reaction engineering for solar fuels and functional materials. He received his BS from the Univ. of Colorado Boulder and PhD from Oregon State Univ., both in chemical engineering. He is an AIChE senior member and is active in sessions related to solar energy for power generation and chemical processing at AIChE Annual Meetings.
