Parag is the Refinery Technical Lead for Dorf Ketal Chemicals with a decade of experience in the field. Over the years he has been helping refineries with process improvements and de-bottlenecking exercises successfully. Parag has an active interest in evaluating operating risks due to newer feedstocks in a given refinery with an impact assessment tool that stretches across the refinery. He has pioneered in developing mitigation plans for such problems and has a very rich experience in understanding the underlying chemistries and possible solutions for such mechanisms. This has resulted in rigorous studies, simulation models and technical papers being developed by Parag and his team in collaboration with Research and Development. Parag has developed a concrete understanding of corrosion mechanisms of high and low temperature environments.
