Nicholas L. Rozzi

Nicholas L. Rozzi, Ph.D. is currently the Director, Global Commercialization for Godiva Chocolatier, Inc, responsible for the transition of products from prototypes through industrial production, overseeing product development at Co-Manufacturers and Licensed Product producers, and the development of new ingredient technologies.  He is also Adjunct Faculty at Purdue University in the Department of Food Science. Nicholas received a B.S. in Food Science in 1997 and Ph.D. in Food Science in June 2000, both from Purdue University.
