Mohan Khadilkar graduated with a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998 and gained extensive experience in Process and Product development in diverse industries including Resins/Plastics, Coatings and Separation products. He has led global teams at GE, Valspar and Pentair in development of novel reaction and separation technologies using fundamental reaction engineering concepts, lab/pilot scale development and advanced modeling and statistical techniques. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black belt. In his current role at Pentair, he leads the Corporate Innovation Programs as well as R&D efforts in Emerging Markets for developing Membranes, Media and related technologies.
