Mohamed Siraj Abdul Razack is currently the Director of Projects in Petrofac, a global leading oil & gas service provider.

He has over 34 years of experience in oil & gas, environmental and renewal energy business.

Prior to joining Petrofac Asia Pacific, he was the Senior Vice President of Wasco Energy Ltd as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Petro Pipe (Sabah) Sdn Bhd. Wasco Energy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bursa Malaysia listed Wah Seong Corp Bhd, a leading service provider to the oil, gas and energy industry locally and overseas.

Prior to joining the Wasco Energy Group, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Alam Flora, one of the largest environment management companies in Asia which he founded and set up in 1996.   He was concurrently Director of Hicom Petro-Pipes, Petro-Pipe Industries and PPSE which manufactured pipes and carried out pipe coating for the oil & gas industry.

Before joining HICOM Holdings Berhad (parent company of Alam Flora), he was the Managing Director of MMC Oil & Gas Engineering, a leading service provider to the oil and gas industry.    He was also the founder CEO/Director of Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture between MMC, Petronas and Tokyo Gas which undertook the development of Natural Gas Pipeline Distribution Network on a privatization basis for Peninsular Malaysia.

He has contributed enormously as Project Director and Senior Process Consultant in most of the major oil & gas projects undertaken in Malaysia since 1980 for Petronas Carigali, Petronas Gas, ExxonMobil, Shell, Murphy etc.

He has attended a Senior Management Development Programme at Harvard Business School in 2004 and has published more than 25 papers on oil & gas, environmental and renewal energy.

He  graduated  with  a Combined  Honors  Degree  from  University  of  Liverpool  in  1980  in  Chemical Processing and Industrial Management and is a senior member of SPE and ISA.
