He has more than 30 years of experience in R&D and engineering tool development, with expertise in modeling, simulation, optimization, innovative technology commercialization, and process design. Minghua has BS, MS, and PhD degrees in chemical engineering from Nanjing Institute of Chemical Technology, East China Univ. of Technology and Sciences, and Qinghua Univ., respectively.
