VP of Technology
PureCycle
Michael is a chemical engineer with 19 years of experience working in academic and industrial research. He currently serves as the Vice President of Technology for PureCycle Technologies. In this role, Michael leads all pilot and lab-scale testing to support process and product technology.
Prior to his time at PureCycle, Michael spent 14 years as a research engineer at ExxonMobil working on scale-up of early-stage chemical processes. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado and has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and patents in fields ranging from fluidized bed simulation to plastic pyrolysis.
