Michael Marshall, PE is PSM Coordinator for OSHA’s Directorate of Enforcement Programs. His current duties involve coordinating agency process safety enforcement and investigation activities. He has worked at OSHA for 25 years. During his time with OSHA, he has investigated several major catastrophes in the chemical, petrochemical, and refining industries. Prior to working at OSHA, Mike worked for 5 years in private industry in oil/gas well servicing, and as a civil engineer. Mike holds a BSCE from North Dakota State University.
