Michael is a Research Investigator at The Chemours Company with 15 years of experience in manufacturing and process development. He began his career with Honeywell International in nylon resins and films working as a process engineer and six sigma black belt on process improvement and manufacturing cost reduction. He later joined DuPont, now Chemours, supporting the manufacturing of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants and fire extinguishants. More recently, Michael moved into research and development where he is currently working on new technology to produce next generation hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) molecules.
