Kamaljeet Kaur received her Ph.D. in the field of Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah. Her research was focused on understanding and linking the physicochemical properties of combustion particles with the biological endpoints. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Utah and her work focused on source apportionment of particulate matter (PM) in 12 western US cities to understand the health effect of elevated winter-time PM and estimation of coarse PM levels using low-cost sensors.
