Jordan Oligmueller is a manufacturing leader at AdvanSix, where she manages the cyclohexanone production area while delivering high-quality products in a safe, stable, and sustainable manner (Email: jordan.oligmueller@advansix.com). At AdvanSix, she developed a training program that targets and teaches engineers at each stage of their career, and she is the driving force behind the digitalization of paper-based processes at company sites. Oligmueller is an advisor to the Supporting Women in Manufacturing (SWiM) group at AdvanSix and is Chair of the Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Virginia Chapter. She serves as Vice President on the Board for the Hopewell/Prince George Chamber of Commerce. She holds a BS in chemical engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
