Joe Tinto is a commercial developer for GE Power & Water and has been involved in shale gas & oilfield water management globally for the past seven years. Joe leads the GE Water - Thermal Products’ approaches to the treatment and recycling of flowback and produced waters in Shale Gas and Tight Oil Plays. The GE Water & Process Technologies - Thermal Products Group provides fixed evaporators and crystallizers, as well as the new Relocatable Evaporator, to meet the industry’s needs. Joe received his engineering degree from the State University of New York. – Maritime College and has been involved in waste water treatment for the past 32 years.
