Dr. Jeff Yu has over 20 years experience for advanced process control research, development, and implementation. He is the founder and president of Predictive Control Technology, Inc., a small corporation which provides world-class process control consulting and service for refinery and petrochemical industry since 2006. Before that, he worked for Setpoint, Inc. and Aspen Technology, Inc. in Houston, Texas, where he worked to the top technical ladder. He received the BS degree in System and Management Science in 1987, and the MS degree in Computer Science in 1990, both from the University and Technology of China; and the PhD degree from Auburn University in Chemical Engineering in 1995.
