Jay Gorawara is the Leader for Adsorbent Applications in Refining and Petrochemicals at UOP LLC. Prior to this Jay was a specialist in R&D’s hydro-processing and reaction engineering groups. Upon graduation from Virginia Tech with a Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Jay started his career with UOP in Experimental Development, following which he served as a Technical Advisor for commercial start-ups of Refining and Petrochemical units world-wide. Jay has been with UOP for 30 years and holds 6 patents
