Jim Berthold is Vice President of Customer Relations for OLI Systems, Inc. Jim obtained a MS in Chemistry from the University of Delaware where he built and tested high temperature calorimeters and densitometers. He worked for Dupont in Newark, Delaware in their engineering services division and was a co-investigator in the defense of deep-well injection of hazardous wastes. Jim joined OLI in 1988 and currently manages technical support for all products. Recently Jim has been the principal investigator on some paid professional projects not related to support. Jim’s professional background includes simulation of complex chemical systems in subsurface conditions as well as the design and construction of instruments to measure thermodynamic properties in aqueous solution at high temperatures,
