George received his BS/MS at Penn State and his PhD/MA from Princeton. At Penn State George served as a student representative on the board of trustees and President of a multi-campus student government, continuing various leadership roles in graduate school. George has been involved in various technology and innovation activities at ExxonMobil after starting in 2015 in the Research and Engineering organization, most notably developing new tools for inferential modeling technology being leveraged by manufacturing sites worldwide. George received the Analytics Influencer of the Year Award in 2018 for his work developing inferentials and supporting manufacturing sites in an innovative way post Hurricane Harvey.
George moved to ExxonMobil's Beaumont Refinery in 2018 as an applications engineer for 2 Crude Units and progressively grew into a mechanical and technical supervision roles.
