Gary Vogt is President and Owner of Project Consulting Services, Inc. (PCS). He has over 40 years’ experience in onshore and offshore pipeline engineering, project management and construction for oil, gas and CO2 projects. As President he leads the overall operations and senior staff activities, as well as business and project development initiatives. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
