ERIC E. JANZ is the Research and New Product Development Director for the mixing technologies business group at NOV (Email: eric.janz@nov.com). He has over 20 years of experience in applying mixing theory and practice to difficult processes in the chemical industry, and has held various positions in sales, engineering, and research and development groups. He has multiple publications in the field of mixing and currently holds two patents for mixing equipment. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the Univ. of Dayton, where he received BChE and MSChE degrees. He is a member of AIChE and the North American Mixing Forum.
