Enzo has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and is a member of Engineers Australia. He began his career in the manufacturing sector working initially as a Research & Development Engineer for a major manufacturer of gas and electric appliances and later as a Research & Development Manager for a gas components manufacturer. He later became a NATA signatory while working for a gas appliance testing laboratory and then became the Gas Certification Program Manager and a Client Manager for SAI Global’s WaterMark Certification and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Schemes. Since 2010 he has worked for Victoria’s Technical Regulator for gas and electrical and pipeline safety, Energy Safe Victoria, as the Head of Gas Installation and Equipment Safety and now as the Head of Gas and Pipeline Infrastructure Safety. He has chaired the Standards Australia AG006 Gas Installation committee since 2011, is a member of Standards Australia’s ME093 Hydrogen Technologies committee and ME038 committee for High Pressure Pipelines and has been the Chair of the Gas Technical Regulators Committee since 2017. In 2015 Enzo was awarded Standards Australia’s National Meritorious Contribution Award.
