Dr. Glenn Cross is the founder of Crossbow Analytics LLC, a firm specializing in analysis of WMD issues. Since the early 1990s, he worked on chemical and biological weapons (CBW) issues for several U.S. intelligence agencies. Beginning in the early 2000s, he supervised analysis of WMD terrorism topics and most recently BW issues. From September 2008 to October 2010, Dr. Cross was the Deputy National Intelligence Officer for WMD & Proliferation responsible for biological weapons issues on the Director of National Intelligence’s National Intelligence Council. He is the author of Dirty War: Rhodesia and Chemical Biological Warfare, 1975-1980 as well as articles for the War on the Rocks website and a forthcoming article for Nonproliferation Review. Dr. Cross has a PhD in biodefense from George Mason University.
