Mr. Taylor holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Houston. He is a Board Certified Fire Protection Specialist and has served on five API committees, and currently serves on two NFPA committees, 15 and 750. He has written and presented over 15 technical papers and has been published in the Journal of Hazard Materials. He is the Technical Director, Process Safety/Fire Protection, for WorleyParsons in Houston, Texas.
