Debby Rossana, PhD, is a senior industrial technical consultant (ITC) at Nalco Water, a division of Ecolab. She received her BS in chemistry from Stockton Univ. in 1979 and her PhD in organic chemistry from Duke Univ. in 1983. She began her industrial career at DuPont in 1983, where she held positions in research, technical service, and sales. In 1993, she joined Nalco Water as a sales representative. During her 27 years with Nalco Water, she has held positions in sales, management, marketing, and business development. Currently, in her role as an industry technical consultant (ITC), Rossana provides technical support for the ethylene, butadiene, and other downstream markets. She is the author or co-author of more than a dozen papers and presentations in the chemical process industries.
