David Williams is a Radiometric Process Technologist for VEGA Americas and has been with the company since 2003. He is the also the team lead for VEGA's Technology Advisory Group working with process technology providers to help improve level and density measurements in challenging applications such as resid hydrocrackers, delayed cokers, solvent deasphalting, LDPE high pressure separators.
Additionally he works with process technology licensors to fully understand what they need to measure and how it will be used to design a level/density control system that works the best, relying on input from process experts and our past experiences with the licensed technology. He holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering Technology and has a vast knowledge of refinery and petrochemical processes.
