David Lawton is a Senior Process Engineer at the Xerox Research Centre of Canada (XRCC) in the Scale-up Engineering group. David is a Client Relationship Manager for XRCC’s Client Services Business as well as being a subject matter expert for continuous processing. David’s work in continuous processing has included development of a continuous emulsification process involving phase inversion emulsification as well as a continuous emulsion aggregation process through orthokinetic flocculation of latex particles. His work spans the development cycle from bench-scale process proof-of-concept, custom reactor design, process scale-up, and pilot scale skid design and fabrication.
