David Buckley Biggs, Ph.D. is the Director of Future Programs at Stoke Space and is responsible for the architecture, design, and mission assessment of new Stoke vehicles and capabilities. He previously was the Director of Advanced Architectures at Momentus Space, a space mobility company, where he led the design of large in-space transportation vehicles. He completed his doctorate at Stanford University where he studied plasma physics and microwave engineering. David's individual contributions have ranged from modeling and simulation, including plasma-fluid, electromagnetic, and orbital trajectory optimization, to experimental, ranging from laboratory to industrial equipment.
