Cody Wagner

Cody Wagner is currently a graduate student in Chemical Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno in Dr. Chuck Coronella's research group. He graduated from the University of Nevada with a B.S. Chemical Engineering in '08 and is on track to finish his Master's degree in May 2012. He has also recently been hired as Process Engineer for the Rmax plant in Fernley, Nevada, which produces polyiso rigid foam insulation. He has worked on several other projects, including extraction of lipids from municipal sewer sludges, but the focus of today's presentation will be on a collaborative project based on a patent owned by a private company, Pacific Propellants, concerning electrochemical conversion of fatty acids to a diesel-like fuel source.
