BILL CELENZA, P.E., is a process engineer in Burns & McDonnell’s Water Group and has over 20 years of experience executing design engineering projects for the petrochemical, oil refining, and power industries. His primary expertise is design of environmental processes, including water and wastewater treatment systems, environmental permitting, and industrial waste and hazardous-materials management. He graduated from Villanova Univ. with a BS in chemical engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition, he is a board certified environmental engineer of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists, and is a Fellow of AIChE.
