Aaron Anselmo is a postdoctoral associate at the David H. Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) (Email: anselmo@mit.edu). Working in the laboratory of Institute Professor Robert Langer, his research addresses challenges that limit the integration of probiotic systems into the gastrointestinal microbiome. He holds a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a PhD from the Univ. of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), both in chemical engineering. At UCSB, he worked under the supervision of Samir Mitragotri as a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program Fellow and authored more than 25 peer-reviewed research publications in the field of drug delivery.
