OTC Distinguished Achievement Awards

The Offshore Technology Conference and its regional events recognize major technological, humanitarian, safety, environmental, and leadership contributions to the industry each year. In recognition of peer-nominated truly outstanding accomplishments or achievements, the OTC Board honors an individual and an organization as recipients of the prestigious OTC Distinguished Achievement Award. In some years, OTC also awards a Special Citation or Heritage Award to recognize other notable activities or developments that benefit the offshore energy industry.

PresentationThe Award is presented during the Distinguished Achievement Awards Event during the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, TX.
Nomination Instructions

Complete the appropriate form (individual or organization) and email it to the designated staff lead as instructed on the form by the stated deadline with supporting documents. 



For an individual:

  • CV / Resume 
  • PowerPoint presentation totaling no more than 10 slides highlighting their career and reasons for nomination. View a sample slide deck.
  • Up to three (3) personal testimonials / letters of support

 

For an organization:

  • PowerPoint presentation totaling no more than 10 slides highlighting the project being nominated.
  • (optional) Letters of support (max of 3)
