Victoria Evans

Victoria Evans is a Partner and Practice Leader for ERM’s Climate Change Services and located in the Walnut Creek, CA office. She has over 25 years of environmental consulting experience, with over 35 years of experience overall, including senior management roles for R&D at EPRI and UC Davis. Ms. Evans is an Environmental Scientist and has extensive expertise in greenhouse gas emissions reporting, management and reduction. as well as climate adaptation planning.

She has provided strategic advisory services to clients on EPA’s GHG reporting regulations and CARB’s AB32 program including the new regulations for the California Cap on GHG emissions and market based mechanisms. She has been involved extensively in implementation of both voluntary and mandatory GHG protocols for reporting and developing GHG inventories, carbon footprints, Life Cycle Analyses. and GHG reduction strategies. She is currently working on refinements of GHG inventories and reporting for submittal to the Carbon Disclosure Project.

Victoria has a BS and MS in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
