Ms. Valerie Barth serves as a Principal Consultant in Trinity Consultants’ Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. She has been involved in the preparation of Title V, PSD, and state air permit applications. Ms. Barth has also been involved in regulatory compliance projects pertaining to MACT, NESHAP, and NSPS regulations and historical PSD audits for various industries including chemical processing, petroleum refining, oil and gas, and pulp and paper. Ms. Barth is an instructor for several of Trinity’s courses including Strategic Air Permitting in Louisiana, Strategic Air Permitting in Mississippi, and the Ozone Depleting Substance (ODS) Regulatory Compliance Workshop. Ms. Barth has given several regulatory seminars on the Greenhouse Gas Mandatory Reporting Rule (GHG MRR), the PSD/Title V GHG “Tailoring Rule” and Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) Compliance. Ms. Barth graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Environmental Engineering.
