Mr. Hallmark has over 35 years experience in HSE Risk Management working for BP PLC and Shell on 4 continents. He has successfully led poorly HSE performing assets from the bottom to top quartile. Mr. Hallmartk is a graduate Petroleum Engineer from the University of Alabama and a Certified safety Professional (CSP).
