As a Research Associate at Lux Research, Reka’s contributions to advisory projects include analysis of the water technology landscape for market opportunities, evaluating industrial applications of ongoing nanotechnology research, and assisting multinational corporations in navigating energy-related technologies and opportunities. Reka has also been working in the Water, Alternative Fuels, and Bio-Based Materials and Chemicals Intelligence practices, where she has conducted extensive primary and secondary research on topics ranging from desalination, the intersection of energy and water, agricultural water usage, membrane technologies, and wastewater from oil and gas extraction. In addition to authoring several State of the Market Reports and industry publications, Reka has been invited to speak at several cleantech industry conferences.

Prior to joining Lux, Reka was an Associate Analyst in UBS Investment Bank’s Investment Research group covering Natural Gas and Electric Utilities. Her work at UBS involved an in-depth understanding of the US electric power industry, generation portfolios, state utility commissions, power markets and extensive financial modeling and valuation.

Reka graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology.
