Dr. Prafulla Patil is Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the Chemical Engineering Department at New Mexico State University, USA. He received his M. Tech (Chemical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India in 2006 and Ph.D. from New Mexico State University in 2010. Dr. Patil is currently working on US Department of Energy (DOE-NAABB) and US Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Algal Biofuel projects. Dr. Patil has published 10 peer reviewed journal papers and applied 2 patents on algal biodiesel conversion technologies.
