Nitin Talreja is a 1999 graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Talreja started his career as a Process Safety Consultant at Berwanger, Inc. (now Siemens) in the Relief Systems and Design Division. His experience includes pressure relief system design and verification, conceptual and detailed process design, and extensive process simulation. He has a solid understanding of relief device sizing and installation codes, including ASME and API. Mr. Talreja has served as a Project Manager for the Relief Systems Group, Account Manager in the sales team for various large and small operating companies, and has been involved in determining the strategic direction for the consulting business. He now serves as the Manager of the Safety Systems Consulting Practice within Siemens Oil & Gas Consulting.
