Melissa Collins is a seasoned instructional designer with TDS who has more than 15 years of instructional design and managerial experience. During her career Melissa has had opportunity to hone her skills and broaden her knowledge in a variety of settings including health care, education (primary, secondary, and community college), aerospace, waste management, and process industry.
Her areas of expertise include instructional systems design, needs assessments and gap analysis, project management, job task analysis, classroom training and facilitation, textbook authoring, and performance consulting. Additional areas of expertise include student and instruction manual creation, e-learning design and development, creating blended learning solutions, subject matter expert meeting facilitation, and curriculum design and development.
