Shelton, Advisor, Safety Leadership and Behaviours with BP, is engaged in development of diagnostic tools, guidance notes and training courses that include safety leadership, behavioural safety and safety culture. His passion is developing practical approaches to helping leaders establish and sustain a safe operating culture by using his 26 year background in engineering, projects, operations, and behavioral safety in the oil and gas industry.
