Phil leads the Biotechnology & Bioprocessing team at Solugen, where he oversees the engineering and scale-up of the company’s biocatalyst production technologies. Under his leadership, the team has successfully advanced processes from lab-scale prototypes to full commercial manufacturing, enabling real-world applications for customers.
