Amina Ann Qutub

Amina received her PhD in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley and UCSF in 2004, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University in 1999. Following her postdoctoral training in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine (2004-2009), she joined Rice University as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioengineering (2009-2018). Eduardo Francisco has been working in Process Safety Management for more than 20 years, beginning as a process engineer. He has held leadership in HSE/PSM and strategic positions in process facilities operations, HSE and PSM in the process industry and currently serving as Global Corporate PSM Specialist at Vale. Seshu Dharmavaram

Dr. Seshu Dharmavaram has been a long-time contributor and participant in Process Safety venues, most notably the Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) and the AIChE Safety and Health division, including the Loss Prevention Symposium Committee.  In 2020, he retired from DuPont/Corteva.  He now works for Air Products, focused on process safety in the Green/Blue Ammonia and Green/Blue Hydrogen global supply chains.  He was elected AIChE Fellow in 2017.

Kathy Kas

Kathy Kas has 39 years of experience with Rohm and Haas and The Dow Chemical Company. For the first 20 years of her career, Kathy held positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, R&D, and finance. For the past 19 years, she has dedicated her career to Process Safety.
