Weon-sun Shin

Professor Shin has been a full time professor at Hanyang University for more than a decade and currently serves as the head of the Food Chemistry & Culinary Science laboratory in addition to instructing 6 undergraduate and 6 graduate courses in the field of food science and nutrition.
