Kurt Swogger

Kurt began his career at The Dow Chemical Company in 1972. While there, he held positions in research, manufacturing, and marketing in the Ag Chemicals, Consumer Products, and Polyolefins businesses. In 2003, he was appointed Vice President of R&D and was responsible for polystyrene, automotive, engineering plastics, building and construction products, rubber, and thermosets. Phil Carlberg

Phil Carlberg has more than 35 years experience in the development, optimization, modeling, and scale up of industrial processes. At Dow Chemical he worked in various product research and manufacturing areas, as well as corporate research in reaction engineering and process optimization. After retiring from Dow as a Fellow he accepted the position of Chief Scientist for US Clean Water Technology where he is responsible for corporate research and technology. Phil holds chemical engineering degrees from Oklahoma State University.Read more
