Dr. Jeffrey Seay is the PJC Board of Trustees Engineering Professor and Associate Professor of Chemical and Materials Engineering at the University of Kentucky College of Engineering Paducah Extended Campus Program.  He also holds an appointment as Visiting Associate Professor in the Department of Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda.
