Theo started his career in 1987 as Production Engineer in Dow Terneuzen, the Netherlands.
In 2002 he accepted the assignment as Maintenance Representative for a project in Spain where Dow constructed their first Octene-1 facility.
Since 2007 Theo is in his current role, responsible to develop and implement Strategic Plans in the Hydrocarbon Business of Dow.
