Daniel Summers

Daniel R. Summers is currently a Distillation Consultant. He formerly was the Tray Technology Manager for Sulzer Chemtech USA, Inc.  He was a 1977 graduate in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo.  His entire career has been focused on the development, design, operation, and troubleshooting of all forms of distillation tower internals.  These internals would be applied in the hydrocarbon, specialty chemical, refining, fuel ethanol, air separation, and natural gas industries. Gregor Wehinger

Gregor Wehinger is a doctoral candidate at the Technical University of Berlin. His research interests are in applying modeling for chemical engineering and catalysis problems. He is performing Computational fluid dynamic simulations of fixed bed reactors including complex reactions within the Cluster Of Excellence UniCat (www.unicat.tu-berlin.de). Thomas Eppinger

Thomas Eppinger obtained his Diploma degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from Technical University of Berlin. After working for almost three years as technical support engineer at CD-adapco he return to Technical University of Berlin for a PhD at the chair of Chemical & Process Engineering of Prof. Kraume. His doctoral work was on the spatially resolved simulation of fixed bed reactors for the oxidative coupling of methane. Ravindra Aglave obtained is masters in chemical engineering from University of Mumbai and his doctorate from University of Heidelberg in Germany. His doctoral work was on turbulence chemistry interactions and detail chemical kinetics. After working for BASF in Germany, he is directing the chemical industry sector at CD-adapco.
